Terms & Conditions for Distributor & Retailers (T&C)
- Distributors Will Not Have Option to Recharge Customers.
- Retailer & Distributor Commission is Subject to Change at any given point of time without any prior Information.
- Transaction Balance Cut Off Limit for Retailer is Rs.500 for Retailer Registered Directly Under Roundpay & For Distributor Cutoff Limit is Rs………..
- Minimum Balance Cut off Limit that is to be maintained by User is Subject To Change @ Any Given Point of Time.
- The Wallet Balance Available with Distributor Can Be Utilized For New Retailer Registration or To Transfer Wallet Balance.
- To Keep the Roundpay user account live minimum 1 transaction (Recharge/Transfer etc)will be required every month, in case of failure of minimum 1 transaction in a calendar
month, account may be permanently deleted/blocked without any prior information., in such case no liability will arise upon Roundpay of any kind/matter financial or non financial for available balance, refunds, pending activations etc.
- The Distributor Has To Maintain Minimum 3 Days Average Balance For Refill to Retailers.
- Distributorship appointment is only for the local place / Home town of the distributor & not for the entire district level. Separate distributors will be/ may be appointed at every Point of Sales.
- Company is free to terminate any Distributor, Appoint a New Distributor or Appoint a Parallel Distributor Any Where For Which existing Distributor will not have any objection.
- Any Retailer or Associated can be mapped from One Distributor to another without any prior information.
- Roundpay reserves the rights to add /modify/Remove/alter Any part of Services provided /T&C at any given point without any prior information.
- It will be responsibility of a distributor to explain terms & condition and keep a copy of same to be presented when demanded. Failure to present such will be treated as acceptance of T&C.
- In case any dispute arises between the parties, The Juridiction of Lucknow. will have final Jurisdiction.
- Dealer/Retailer/Distributor needs not to submit physical or Scanned KYC Registration form, KYC through Email shall be treated as your confirmation & acceptance for Terms & Conditions.19. Appointed distributor or retailer can not quit the service before
prior notice of one month while company will do the same vice versa
- Use of This Registration & Further Registration By Distributor For new Retailer &/Or upgradation of existing Dealer Will Be Governed By the Terms & Conditions stipulated from time to time.
